Chandler [CASUAL OUTFIT]

So... He won the poll I posted up~ I adopted this guy some time ago, but never had the time to draw him... I adopted him from *bejja and named him after one of my favorite tv detectives x3 Also, since it's a french name (got to keep up the tradition x3), his full name is Chandler Dulcet...

Also, this is my first time designing an ouji lolita/kodona outfit... I think it came out pretty nice :3 More information about him will come soon (hopefully~)
